Project Overview:

A phased replacement of the existing pneumatic HVAC controls system with a new direct digital control system and replacing of the chiller’s and related work for equipment replacement. Project shall include replacing all of the HVAC controllers, variable frequency drives, exhaust fans, HVAC commissioning, sequence of operations programming, and minor repair to the air handling equipment” clean-up mechanical cabinets/chase-ways, new pulleys, new belts, and lubrication of the equipment, and all related electrical work.
