Project Overview:

The project scope of work involved interior renovation of this thirteen-story hotel overlooking the Ashley River. Sequencing was challenging because work could not take place in more than four floors at a time, and work had to stop and resume due to high season restrictions. There was a bonus for everyday the work was completed ahead of schedule.
